Varichon & Clerc Blanc de Blancs NV, France
Extremely popular sparkling wine made entirely from white grapes (most sparkling and Champagne is made from a mix of red and white). The result is a delicate, well poised and lively wine that really refreshes the palate.
Cava Castillo Perelada Reserva NV, Spain
From the largest area of sparkling wine production in the world, this cava is crisp and clean with loads of lively lime and yeasty flavours - delicious!
Angas Brut NV, Australia
Much riper than the rest of the wines here, the Angas has benefited from Australia's warm weather (we could do with a bit more of that over here) and the result is a full, rich style with big weighty fruit.
Prosecco Sestiere Castello 4357 NV, Italy
Very popular, at the moment. It seems that everyone is buying Prosecco. Scented and medium bodied, this is a great wine on its own, or try it with some peach juice and make a classic Bellini cocktail - ideal for summer!
