Oxford University women's crews dominated the 56th Wallingford Regatta with six wins at Dorney Lake, Eton.
The senior squad excelled, with four crews winning their events after an exhausting 11 hours of racing.
They won the senior 2 and 3 eights, the senior 2 and 3 coxless fours and the senior 3 coxed four.
A highlight of the day was Oxford's success in the prestigious Chamber of Trade Cup (women's senior 2 eight) where they beat a strong Thames crew, with Cambridge trailing in seventh place.
This was Oxford women's first competition under the new coach, Andy Green, who had previously been head coach at Headington School for eight years.
These victories adds to the squad's success at the women's eights head, where they became the first university crew to take the overall headship, and the Henley Boat Races, where both of Oxford's open weight crews triumphed over their Cambridge counterparts.
The university's lightweight women's crew also had a good day, winning their only event, through their senior 4 coxed four.
Oxford University Women's BC have elected Claire Galloway, a member of the winning Blue Boat, to be the 2008-9 president of the club.
Other local wins on the day came from City of Oxford and Oxford lightweight women in the senior 2 quads and the senior 4 coxed fours respectively.
The host club's only success came when Mike Edge and Orlando Warner, both late in their forties, rowed through younger opponents to take the senior 2 coxless pairs.
