Rees holds ninth in Audi series
PAUL Rees, of Oxford, remains ninth in the 2008 Formula Palmer Audi Championship after the latest two races at Brands Hatch.
Rees, 22, finished fifth and sixth in the 16-lap races at the 2.3-mile Grand Prix circuit in Kent on Sunday. E-Media sponsored Paul now has 58-points - 32pts behind championship leader Jason Moore (Bedford) - after five rounds.
Rees is contesting the Formula Palmer Audi Championship for the first time.
The Formula Palmer Audi series in its 11th year and feature identical single-seater racing cars powered by 1.8-litre turbocharged Audi engines. The next three races in the 20-race, eight venue series are staged at Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium (May 16-18).
