Physio Neil Sullivan is leaving Oxford United to take up a new post at Derby County.
Sullivan has been with the U's for seven years, apart from a short spell at Peterborough United.
He says he is sad to be leaving his local club, but excited by the challenge of becoming Derby's Head Academy Physiotherapist.
"I have a few mixed emotions really, but it's a career opportunity which is just too good to miss out on," he said.
"It's a wonderful chance and I'm really looking forward to starting at Derby but at the same time I have really enjoyed my time at Oxford.
"I didn't go looking for this, it came to me, and it was a very hard decision which took me about three weeks to make, but I just feel it's time to look for a new challenge."
The vacant physiotherapist role has been advertised in the relevant journals and the club say they have received a high level of applications. They hope to announce the successful applicant in the near future.

Good luck to him. I don't see why he would be jumping off before the ship sinks as hes hardly responsible for how the team performs on the field. Its just a better opportunity and naturally hes going to want to better himself.
