Oxford United's new chairman has issued an open invitation to fans, who have suggestions and thoughts about ways to improve the club, to come and see him.
Kelvin Thomas, who took over last Thursday from Nick Merry, has already met several supporters, who provided suggestions for addressing United's short-term financial problems.
And he is now going to set aside time each week to meet fans and discuss the future of the club.
The first "Come and See Me" clinic is on Tuesday afternoon and Thomas says he is happy to meet as many supporters as possible.
It has to be done through an appointment, by calling 01865 337505 or emailing mary@oufc.co.uk to book a slot to see the chairman.
It's all part of the new initiative for the club to inter-act better with their customer base.
Thomas said: "I've met with three fans already, on Friday, and there were some great ideas put forward, on all aspects of the club."
He admitted thoroughly enjoying Saturday's 2-1 win over Rushden & Diamonds which got the new era at boardroom level off to a good start.
"I thought it was great entertainment," he said. "There was a big crowd here, the biggest gate of the season, and I hope they enjoyed what they saw and come along next time against Burton."
Thomas has barely had time to catch his breath since flying over from Florida in the middle of last week.
"The first couple of days were hectic, but I had Sunday to try and relax and get over the jet lag and the emotion of it all," he said.
"There is a lot of hard work to do now and I was at my desk early on Monday. We will stay focussed and do all we can to move the club forward."

Do you really call this leadership??? Why don't you just let the fans run the club as this is what KT is doing but is stamping his name on every idea. It is a shame that Nick has stepped down - although every leader needs a new monkey! I personnally think that KT is a joke - he looks like he has never picked up a football in his life. Let's see how long it takes for him to pick up his skirt and run back to America!
