A SECOND man arrested in Oxfordshire following animal rights raids has been released on police bail.
The 50-year-old man was arrested in South Lane, Clanfield, on Tuesday, following a series of police raids across the UK, Belgium and Holland.
The man, who has not been named, has been released on police bail.
On Wednesday, Stephen Barclay, 50, who was arrested at a campsite at Redbridge Hollow, in Oxford, was charged with conspiracy to blackmail.
Barclay, of Holystone Crescent in Newcastle, was bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court on May 15.
