HUNTING supporters were out in force as the traditional Boxing Day meetings took place in Oxfordshire and across the country.
The Bicester with Whaddon Chase Hound Club was one of more than 200 hunts keen to keep the tradition alive.
The hound club has its kennels in Stratton Audley, near Bicester.
A spokesman said that support for the pursuit was increasing all the time, with hundreds of people turning up in Winslow on Boxing Day. Other hunts meeting included The Vale of Aylesbury with Garth and the South Berks Hunt, which covers parts of Oxfordshire, and the Heythrop Hunt, which met in Chipping Norton.
