A brother and sister who attacked a man after a dispute in a kebab shop were handed suspended jail sentences.
Aaron O'Rourke, 19, admitted grievous bodily harm and his sister Samantha, 22, admitted affray after the incident on October 26, 2006.
Aaron, of Westminster Way, Banbury, and Samantha, of Orchard Way, Banbury, were both handed eight-month jail sentences suspended for 18 months during the hearing at Oxford Crown Court.
Aaron was also ordered to do 80 hours of unpaid work while his sister was handed an 18-month supervision order.
They were also each ordered to pay £600 compensation to their victim Anton O'Sullivan.
