Boating cost set to sink

THE cost of boating on the River Thames is to be halved during a week-long promotion.

The Get Afloat scheme will see boat operators along the length of the river halve their prices between May 11 and 18.

In Oxford, Salters Steamers and Oxford River Cruisers are participating in the scheme.
