BIG changes are happening at the Orchard Theatre, in Dartford, with the introduction of a website, possibly called orchardtheatre.co.uk
The initiative was put forward by the Orchard Working Group after Dartford Council decided a fundamental review was necessary.
The group also believes the theatre should concentrate performances around school holidays to maximise ticket sales and branching out as a multi-purpose venue.
Other ideas include developing an arts and cultural strategy and finding funding from outside organisations.
The criteria for opening the Upper Foyer Bar is also going to be reviewed.
