Two charged over crematorium attack

Two teenagers were charged today in relation to an incident in which a 19-year-old man was assaulted at the Oxford crematorium in Bayswater Road, Barton.
Karn Matthews, 18, of Strawberry Path, Blackbird Leys has been charged with GBH with intent, possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear, and dangerous driving.
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with GBH with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.
The alleged assault happened yesterday.
The teenagers were remanded in custody and will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
