Update: Blackbird Leys car attack

A woman has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder after an incident where a man was hit by a car following a row in a Blackbird Leys street.
The woman was arrested by police yesterday afternoon following the incident in Blackbird Leys Road at around 6pm on Thursday.
She was still in custody this morning.
The man injured in the accident, who has not been named but is thought to live in Sorrel Road, was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital where he was this morning in a serious but stable condition.
Police are still seeking witnesses and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 08458 505505 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Treasure Island: The Theatre Royal, Haymarket
I was set to interview Keith Allen in the run-up to Treasure Island, but he cancelled. I mention this non-event because, Allen not being someone I naturally associate with children’s entertainment, my central question was going to be: “Who’s the target audience?” The poster gave little away.
