A young British Stagecoach Performing Arts student from Oxford has joined the cast of the acclaimed musical 'The King And I', which is on tour across the UK.
She is joined by three other young performers, who will feature as Royal Children in the musical, as well as more than 50 performers including Annalene Beechey and Darren Lee from the West End.
There will also be a full-scale orchestra, under the direction of Tony Award-winning director Bartlett Sher.
The four talented children are eight-year-old Keiya from Oxford Headington, nine-year-old Grace from Guildford North, Ruby from Sutton, and 10-year-old Louis from Highgate.
These budding stars have been involved in auditions and rehearsals.
Stagecoach Headington principal Jessica Strong said: "I was so, so proud of Keiya, as were all her teachers at Stagecoach. She looks amazing in her costumes.
"She is a dedicated and talented student. She is definitely a star in the making."
The show, 'The King And I', is a classic romance from the golden age of musicals, set in 1860s Bangkok.
It tells the story of the unconventional relationship between the King of Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher whom the King brings to teach his many wives and children.
