Oxford Trust newcomers
OXFORD: The Oxford Trust has recruited two new members to its innovation business team.
Dr Fiona Ord-Shrimpton has been appointed research manager leading all of the Trust's research and evaluation work across a wide spectrum including the economy, science and education.
She said: "By combining new research with previous work undertaken by the trust and other partner organisations, we will be able to continue our understanding of the needs of the high-tech business community and tailor our business to meet these requirements."
Richard Mercer has also joined as business support manager. He has a background in ecological research and project management.
He said: "I have been involved with supporting research and business programmes for a number of years and joining the Trust is an ideal opportunity to apply my experience to the Oxfordshire business community."
