Landlords, letting agents & property managers are being invited to find out more issues that affect managed property portfolios at a special seminar.
The event, organised by Banbury-based firms Spratt Endicott Solicitors and accountancy firm Ellacotts, will offer advice on gaining possession of property.
Brian King, tax Partner at Ellacotts, said: "I will discuss income tax and offer some insights into potential Capital Gains Tax reliefs on the sale of a property."
The seminar is on April 10 at Gilmarde House, 47 South Bar Street, Banbury and runs from 2pm.
