An investigation has been launched after an early morning welfare incident on a residential road.
Police were called to Kingsclere Road in Bicester after receiving reports of a concern for welfare on Sunday (April 14) at around 5.30am.
Kingsclere Road and Fox Lane were both closed for a number of hours while officers dealt with the incident.

The force has now confirmed an investigation has been launched into the incident and has urged anyone in the area at the time or with information to come forward.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: “At around 5.30am on Sunday, April 14 we received reports of a concern for welfare on Kingsclere Road in Bicester.
“Officers are investigating the incident.
"If anyone was in the area at the time, or has any information please call 101 or make a report online quoting 43240170154.”
