An Oxfordshire housebuilder is offering home buyers a "less stressful" and "quicker" process.
Blenheim Estate Homes and Pye Homes' Assisted Move initiative is aiming to speed up and streamline the property selling process.
The scheme, offered in partnership with The New Homes Group, handles all stages of the sale, from valuation to legal completion, working with chosen agents to monitor promotional activity and viewings.
The move coincides with the release of various new homes at the eco-friendly Church Farm development in Radley.
All homes come ready for an electric vehicle charging point, and will be part of a sustainable community featuring cycle paths and green spaces when finished.
The site will offer 240 two, three and four-bedroom homes, starting at £410,000.
