Banbury United's chairman has presented The Chairmans Shield to a radio commentator for his services to the club in 2023.
Puritan Radio's Dave England was honoured with the award by Ronnie Johnson prior to Saturdays game against Scarborough Athletic.
The club said: "His commentary is renowned around the country. In a cost of living crisis, when we are in a league playing away a lot in the North - our match commentary via the radio is crucial, Dave is an essential part of keeping the Banbury United community together."
Banbury won the Vanarama National League North game 1-0, leaving them 18th in the table, having played two fewer games than both the two sides directly above them.
